Who we are
ScaliSage ("we", "us") is an AI visibility agency. This site is scalisage.com. You can reach us any time at hello@scalisage.com.
What we collect
- Audit form data. When you request a free AI visibility audit, we collect the details you enter: your domain, company name, industry, description, competitor domains, your name, and your work email.
- Contact and booking data. If you email us or book a call, we receive whatever you choose to share, including the details you enter into Cal.com when scheduling.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not run invasive tracking scripts on this site.
How we use it
- To prepare and deliver the audit you requested.
- To respond to your questions and schedule calls.
- To improve the site and our services.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it lives
Audit submissions are stored securely in our database (hosted on Supabase). The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Scheduling runs on Cal.com. Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms as service providers to us.
How long we keep it
We keep audit submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and maintain business records. If you want your data removed, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete it.
- You can simply not fill in the form; the site works fine without it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
